Do I need to share any personal information with you?
No. Your account information remains entirely with you. You navigate your own platforms throughout. Our specialist guides you verbally – you carry out every action yourself, on your own device.
How does this work if you are based in India?
All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, audio-only. You are on your own device throughout – we guide you verbally, step by step. Our location has no bearing on the quality of the session. There is no connection between our computer and yours at any point.
What if I am not very technical?
That is exactly who we designed this service for. We work at your pace, in plain English, with no jargon. Most clients find the session much easier than they expected. If something is unclear, we slow down. There is no rush.
