How a Dear Heir session works
Every Dear Heir session is conducted online, by audio only, via Google Meet.
You stay in control · You carry out every action yourself · Sessions are audio-only via Google Meet · Guided at your pace, on your own device
STEP 1
Book a free Discovery Call
Start with a 20-minute conversation. We will talk about your situation, explain what Dear Heir does, and answer any questions you have. There is no obligation to go further.
STEP 2
Sign the Service Agreement
Before any paid session, you receive and sign a Service Agreement. It sets out exactly what we will and will not do, the scope of the session, and the refund terms. Read it carefully. We want you to feel completely comfortable before we begin.
STEP 3
Your session
At the agreed time, we connect via Google Meet – audio only. You open your own accounts on your own device. We guide you through each one, verbally, at your pace. If something is unclear, we slow down. There is no rush.
STEP 4
Your documentation
Within 48 hours of your session, you receive your written documentation. It is designed to be understood by any family member, regardless of their technical ability.
STEP 5
Questions afterwards
After delivery, you can reply to any email from us with questions. We are available to clarify anything in your documentation. We do not disappear after the session ends.
