The Six Things We Never Do
1. We never control your device
Every Dear Heir session is guided by us and controlled entirely by you. You do the clicking. You do the tapping. You do the typing. We guide you through every step clearly, patiently and at your own pace.
Your device stays in your hands. Always.
2. We never ask for your passwords
Not your Apple ID. Not your Google password. Not your email login. Not your iCloud credentials. Not any password for any account. Ever. Every process we guide you through is designed so you enter your own credentials privately.
Your credentials belong to you. Always.
3. We never record sessions
No Dear Heir session is ever recorded without your explicit written consent before the session begins. Your conversations, your accounts and your family information stay completely private.
What happens in your session stays between you and your specialist. Always.
4. We never store your credentials
We do not store, save or retain any login information, account details or personal credentials from any session. Our specialists are trained and contractually bound never to record client credentials in any form.
Information we never store cannot be lost, leaked or misused. Alwayss.
5. Your Digital Succession Portfolio password is unknown to us
When we help you build your Digital Succession Portfolio, the master password is chosen by you and known only to you. We never see it. We never store it. We never ask for it after your session ends.
Your Digital Succession Portfolio belongs to your family. Not to us. Always.
6. Your photos are permanently deleted same day
Any family photographs shared during your session are permanently deleted from our systems on the same day your organised library is delivered to your iCloud or Google Photos account. You receive written confirmation after every single session. No exceptions.
Your family photographs are irreplaceable. We treat them that way. Always.
Before Any Session Begins
Before any paid Dear Heir session begins you sign a clear, plain English service agreement. Here is what it covers.
