Who founded Dear Heir
Dear Heir was founded by Kunal Singh, based in New Delhi, India.
Kunal’s background is in technology. He studied at the University of Delhi and Jawaharlal Nehru University, and spent over a decade running an import-export business between India and the United Kingdom. He founded Mind Turf in 2022 – the company that operates Dear Heir.
What drew him to this work was a simple observation: millions of American families are building vast digital lives – decades of photographs, email accounts, financial portals, subscriptions – with no clear record of what exists or how their family can find it when the time comes.
Estate attorneys cover the legal layer. Technology companies cover the platform layer. No one covers the practical, human layer in between.
Dear Heir was built to fill that gap.
How we work
Every Dear Heir session is delivered by audio only, via Google Meet. Kunal or a member of the Dear Heir team guides you verbally through each step – you stay on your own device, in control of your own accounts, at all times.
Your account information remains entirely with you. Sessions are audio-only – there is no screen connection between your device and ours. Consultations are conducted live and are never recorded.
