How do I know this is not a scam?
That is a fair question. Dear Heir is operated by MindTurf Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in New Delhi, India, in May 2022. Before any paid session, you receive and sign a Service Agreement that sets out exactly what we will and will not do. You can view the full terms on our website before booking. What time zone are sessions in?
All sessions are scheduled in US time zones. When you book, the calendar shows times in your local time zone automatically. If you do not see a time that works, email hello@dearheir.com and we will find something that suits you.
How quickly do you reply to emails?
We aim to reply within one business day. Our team is based in New Delhi – responses are typically sent in the morning US time.
Can I speak to someone before I decide?
Yes. The Discovery Call is a free, 20-minute conversation. You can ask anything. You will speak directly with Kunal, the founder of Dear Heir.
I need help for a family member who has recently passed away. Where do I start?
We are sorry for your loss. The Account Closure service is designed for families in this situation. We guide you through closing or memorialising accounts at your pace.
